John's Testimony
Throughout my whole life, I thought I was a good person and that being good was my 
ticket to heaven. At 21, I was living a very sinful lifestyle and wanted nothing to do with religion. One weekend while giving my brother Matt a ride home, he shared the Gospel with me and I received Christ.
Right after I was saved my brother pastor recommended I attend a church near where I lived in Webster New York. It was there I met Pam in the singles group, it was there that I first started working in youth ministry and it was there that God called me into fulltime ministry. Two years after Pam and I were married God directed me to the Word of Life Bible Institute for a year. Following that we headed to Southern California as a part of the Local Church Ministry branch of Word of Life.
Pam's Testimony
I was saved in Sunday School when my teacher shared with me that I was a sinner. She shared that Jesus paid the penalty for my sins, and I trusted Christ that day. I attended Word of Life summer camp in tenth grade and dedicated my life for full-time service at the campfire that week. I met John at Webster Bible in the singles group. While we were dating we worked together in the youth group for four years.
Now I minister in our churches youth group as a small group leader, I assist John with office work and help out at outreach events we do.

Our Ministry
Our ministry is to equip pastors, youth pastors and youth ministry leaders to be super effective in their life and ministry. Through Word of Life we provide the tools, training and opportunities for the youth leadership teams to be effective in life and ministry. Our desire is to impact youth workers, students and children as God works in and through our lives.
The purpose of our ministry is to reach youth whose culture is constantly changing with Biblical truth that never changes by equipping local churches to evangelize and disciple young people. We
equip them in evangelism by providing training, tools and opportunities for churches, leaders, students and children to be involved in evangelism through events like Superbowl, STORM meetings, and Fascar events.
In the weekly ministry we provide the tools that help the church build an operating system for the application of biblical principles. Through the use of Quiet time books, Bible studies, scripture memory and many other tools the churches leadership team disciples their students. The most important ministry we have is to be involved in the personal lives of the leaders to provide training for them to be effective in life and in their ministry.
